A series of altered utility flags was placed on a walk along the remnants of the Reading Viaduct in Philadelphia, PA. The flags' color normally denotes a buried electric cable.

The viaduct is disused other than by the homeless, and is a possible site for a community promenade or bike path, similiar to projects in Paris, France and Chicago, IL , along the Bloomington Ave Line.
